Ielts Essay - People who have original ideas are
of much greater value to the society than those who simple copy the ideas of
others very well. To what extent do you agree or disagree? - Ielts Essay
Over the centuries human society has been effected by the
innovations and discoveries made by innovators. Their findings have
revolutionized the pattern of human life. This has also created a class of the
people who have simply duplicated the ideas and have implemented them into
their own concepts. This makes us think whether the innovators have a major impact of the social set-up of the
people who simple duplicate those points.
Some people do think that innovators have a major bearing on
the society as they have been pivotal to the development of human race because their
discoveries have changed the whole life and procedure of mankind. These
inventors bought forward new horizons that transformed our thinking process
completely and considerably. For e.g. after the invention of aircraft by Wright
brothers the whole traveling concept of human race has radically changed which
has actually helped convert globe into truly a smaller place to be.
Besides radically changing the lives of humans, these
inventors and people with original ideas have created new benchmarks for
success. The successors to these people have simply improvised upon the
original concepts and have created new venues. This makes it imperative for
inventors of concepts and methods to be held in high esteem.
On contrary, some feel that people who duplicate concepts
and inventions of inventors are more valuable as they have always improvised
and improved the systems and concepts that are well adapted to the present
context for e.g. today’s color Televisions and LEDs are a result of
improvisation on the initial audio visual forays of earlier inventors and
technologists.
I personally feel that both the authentic inventors and
improvisers have their place in development of society and are equally
important for mankind.
